Brian Goggin earned €17,021 on his ‘worst day’

To quote Brian Goggin at the banking inquiry: “The day and night of September 29 (2008) was the worst day of my life.” I wouldn’t mind having the worst day of my life and still make €17,021.27 for the day.

PS. This is based on €4,000,000 pay per year and working Monday through Friday and getting five weeks off. This equals 235 days of work for the year, and that’s not counting the bank holidays.
