Disgusting discount

Late last year we were threatened with a winter of cold and darkness by well-paid ESB staff who are lucky enough to be in a job that pays three times, and more, my OAP of €230.

Imagine my utter surprise and disgust to discover that, along with a good pension, they also receive a 50% discount on their ESB bill.

What kind of union stands over an arrangement like this?
