‘Misuse’ of children

The indignation of so many over recent days is interesting, especially when one considers the myopic indifference to infant children, being cradled by ‘guardians’, to promote their begging business.

Are these children being misused, or is the tolerance based on our thinking that the ‘extra’ cash generated will ultimately benefit the child?
