A taxing question

I want to pay the property tax immediately, but am enquiring as to which bank — Irish or German — I should make out the cheque.

Or, if more convenient, I can make it payable to one of the bank directors or higher executives. A prompt reply would be appreciated, before my bank account is raided by the Government.
