Time to help overhaul the system
This is a new chance for our children and there is no time for complacency. You only have to look at the agencies supporting this referendum … ISPCC, Barnardos and Children’s Alliance, who have children’s wellbeing in mind, who work with abused/neglected children on a daily basis.
I know people who have worked in children’s organisations for years and I am sickened, shocked and broken hearted at the conditions some children are living in. Children need to have their opinions heard and know that they will be listened to. This referendum obviously can’t change the past, but it can give our vulnerable children a chance of living a decent life. That’s why I will be voting ‘yes’ on Saturday.
