Putin and the duchess

There has been a great deal of controversy about recent indiscreet photographs of the Duchess of Cambridge in the tabloid press.

This is in contrast with those of the Russian President Mr Putin who regularly appears topless in media photographs without anyone batting an eyelid.

Since it appears to my untutored eye that Mr Putin is much more generously endowed than the duchess, I wonder if this is not a blatant case of sex discrimination?
