Seeking post of Road Safety Ambassador

IN an article in the Irish Examiner I see that the Road Safety Authority (RSA) are looking for the nomination of an individual as Road Safety Ambassador.

I wish to nominate myself as the ambassador having spent 44 years of my working life as a HGV/bus driver on what could be termed the worst road conditions of public roads within the EEC.

These I survived accident-free, no thanks to the bureaucracy that fail to maintain the public roads up to EEC standard, yet the motoring public are forced by law imposed by the same bureaucrats to have our vehicles tested and maintained to EEC specifications.
