Solidarity or sexism?

THERE was a revealing comment from Catherine Connolly yesterday when she was discussing how she might benefit from transfers and said “I would expect a certain solidarity from another female candidate”.

When men favour other men over women, it’s called sexism. When women do the same thing, it’s called solidarity.
