An empty chair and an empty suit

WHAT our country needs right now is a single party government.

An empty chair and an empty suit

Such a government would be in a position to make decisions without constant referral to its junior partner for permission. Fine Gael would provide such leadership if they didn’t have the worst-ever party leader.

A more disconnected clueless disaster would be hard to imagine.

He is all that stands between the party and an overall majority. His current idiotic behaviour regarding television debates is a case in point.

Whilst trying to hide his severe lack of knowledge and ability all he’s done is to highlight same. This man will cost the party at least 10 seats which of course is nothing more than they deserve given their recent vote of confidence in such a political lightweight.

They gave two fingers to the public which had made their feelings on the matter abundantly clear.

He claims that the empty chair at tonight’s debate will represent the absent thousands that have fled our shores.

All the empty chair will represent is the absence of an empty suit. He is supposed to be the best they have to offer, may God help us all.
