Kiosk should be used to give a taste of the city
Can I be so bold as to offer an idea for its use?
First, hand it over to a catering college to use as a teaching kitchen.
Then invite the head chefs from Cork-based restaurants to hold individual sampling days/nights using the student chefs and allowing the head chefs to plug their own restaurants. In this way students get vital hands-on experience, restaurant chefs get free advertising and, more importantly, Cork gets a tourism boost.
