Jobs’ challenge - May the best ideas win

PRESIDENT Mary McAleese yesterday launched Your Country Your Call — a process to find and reward two proposals that will generate jobs and secure prosperity.

The competition is to encourage us to “pool our talents, combine our thinking power… to move mountains better by mobilising our individual and collective can-do spirit”.

Two winners will each receive €100,000, as well as a development fund of up to €500,000 each.
