Question of credibility

LISTENING to George Lee’s first radio interviews following news last week of his move into politics, I found his responses to certain questions defensive and contradictory.

Through his 17 years in RTÉ, he won the admiration of many people for his down-to-earth reporting, especially for his apparently frank and authoritative coverage of the economic downturn.

Now the burning question is whether it was impartial reporting as such or was it anti-Fianna Fáil influenced?
