Universities’ tall order

WELL-PAID university heads are not shy in making tall orders.

They want students to obtain loans in addition to State funding in a desperate bid to avoid the worst effects of cutbacks for themselves. Why should students become indebted just to maintain the high salaries of these people while they are not guaranteed work after graduation?
