Some scientists suggest we will have to cut our CO2 emissions far more dramatically than we now imagine.

Sea levels are rising and the polar bears are starving because of climate change.

On top of all of that the notion that the next global conflict will be over water has gained real currency.

Far too much demand, far too little resources.

What a blow to our culture, our emotions and psychology it would be if it transpired that China’s one-child policy was, in fact, correct.
