WHO exactly will pay the huge salary hikes for ministers and senior civil servants.

I wonder is there any truth in the rumour that a mobile phone tax of €50 per year is to be introduced in the budget and that all users will be obliged to do a hearing test every five years?

I hope the rumour did not originate in the Department of Transport.
