More than 18 months ago, Gráinne Dillon was murdered by a colleague only five months after she had started a job as a trainee manager at Jurys Inn in Limerick.

The murderer, who is serving a life prison sentence, and Gráinne were the only two staff on duty that night looking after 297 guests.
