Three-way therapy for throuples? Yes please — and demand in Cork is growing

“Throuples” seeking professional therapy are changing the face of traditional marriage counselling as demand for three-way therapy sessions rises, says one Cork-based practitioner.

Non-monogamy relationship counselling is a relatively new concept, with a growing number of marriage counsellors and psychotherapists across the country offering the service, in addition to traditional therapy for couples. Non-monogamy therapy focuses on relationships where multiple partners share a romantic connection.
