Cork man charged for second time with possession of €100,000 worth of drugs
Defendant is accused of having €79,000 worth of heroin and €21,000 worth of cocaine at his home last year.
A €100,000 drugs case that was struck out because of delay has been brought for a second time against a 21-year-old man accused of having €79,000 worth of heroin and €21,000 worth of cocaine at his home last year.
Four weeks ago, the case was struck out because of the DPP delay in giving directions in the case.
