Bail was refused on Tuesday in in the case against a 31-year-old man who was allegedly sitting in a car outside his address in Cork with over €600,000 worth of cannabis.

Derek Kavanagh, of 69 Arderrin Way, the Glen, Cork, appeared by video link from prison at Cork District Court where he made his bail application through solicitor Frank Buttimer.
