Trial of woman accused of dangerous driving causing death of man in Cork adjourned

Accused was remanded in custody until December 21 as directions are awaited from the Director of Public Prosecutions

The investigation file in the case against a Ukrainian refugee accused of dangerous driving causing the death of a fellow Ukrainian man with whom she had been socialising in Cork is still being progressed.

Sergeant John Kelleher said the case only dated back to an incident on October 10.
