Man, 50s, hospitalised following serious assault in Baldoyle

Gardaí are currently at the scene of a serious assault that occurred in Dublin this afternoon.

Gardaí were called to the scene at Baldoyle, Dublin 13 at around 1pm this afternoon.

A man, aged in his 50s, has been taken to Beaumont Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Another man, aged in his 30s, was arrested at the scene and is currently being detained at Clontarf Garda Station.
