Man arrested in connection with murder of Mark Carroll in Dublin

Gardaí have made an arrest in their investigation into a murder in Dublin last year.

34-year-old Mark Carroll was stabbed to death after an incident in Finglas in June of 2024.

Gardaí launched a probe in the days after, and on Monday they made an arrest.

The man, aged in his 30s, is currently detained at a Garda station in the Dublin area.

Investigations are ongoing.
