Young boy in hospital after falling from Dublin apartment

A young boy has been seriously injured after falling from an apartment in north Dublin.

It happened at Georges Hill apartments in Dublin 7 around 6.45pm yesterday evening.

Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene.

The child was taken to Temple Street Children's University Hospital with serious head injuries where he remains this morning.

His condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
