Dean Russell loses appeal over home being proceeds of crime

A man has lost an appeal against a decision that his family home was acquired with the proceeds of crime.

Dean Russell (aged 50) denied claims by the Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) he had "a prolonged and deep history" with criminality.
