'Kids missed out on their granddad': HSE apologise over man's death following hernia operation

The HSE on behalf of St Luke’s General Hospital, Kilkenny has apologised for the events leading to the death of a 68 year old man a few days after he had a hernia repair operation.

Grandfather of two John Joseph Comerford the High Court heard was a much loved family man who died in " very distressing circumstances".
