Update 4.40pm: A narrative verdict has been recorded in the death of broadcaster Johnny Lyons almost two years ago.

Dublin Coroner’s Court heard Mr Lyons died of heart failure secondary to a blood clot after his knee was immobilised in a brace following a hairline fracture.
