Survey finds gap in how LGBT workers are treated in private and public sectors

A gap is emerging between public sector and private sector employers when it comes to how they treat Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender workers.

A survey by GLEN has found the public sector scored 21% on its benchmark system - compared to 51% for private sector employers.
