Gardaí investigate motorcyclist's death on M50

An investigation has been launched into a crash on Dublin's M50 last night in which a motorcyclist was killed.

It happened on the northbound side of the motorway near the Blanchardstown exit, just before 10pm last night.

The person was pronounced dead at the scene and the road was closed overnight for a technical examination, but is due to reopen around now.
