Wallace to wait on civil action against Shatter

Mick Wallace has said he is waiting to see if Alan Shatter will go to the High Court before deciding on whether he will take a civil case against the former Minister for Justice for damages.

It is after Deputy Shatter lost an appeal against a finding that he breached Data Protection Law.
