Dublin opens Book of Condolences for victims of MH17 tragedy

Dublin City Council has announced that the city of Dublin will open a Book of Condolences for the victims of the Malaysian Airlines tragedy.

The public will be able to sign the book at City Hall, Dame St., from noon until 5pm today.
