Thieves use digger in foiled raid on Tipperary post office

Gardaí in Co Tipperary are appealing for witnesses following an attempted robbery at Cahir post office in the early hours of this morning.

The incident happened at around 5am, when raiders used a digger to try to gain entry to the building.
