Collins brings High Court challenge to payment of promissory notes

People Before Profit TD Joan Collins has brought a High Court challenge to the government's payment of promissory notes.

The Dublin deputy is hoping to have her case heard before the next €25m promissory notes payment, which is due to be paid to the EBS in late June.
