Coveney: Lack of respect for regulation may be to blame for horsemeat controversy

The Agriculture Minister has said a lack of respect for proper food labelling regulations may have led to the horsemeat controversy.

Simon Coveney told the Dáil that investigations are underway to find the source of the product which contained the horse DNA.
