Court to rule in Mansfield case

The Commercial Court is to rule today whether hotelier Jim Mansfield has to repay loans of €206m.

Bank of Scotland is looking for summary judgment orders against the businessman whose defence case was described by the bank's lawyers as "utterly fanciful".
