A solicitor has appeared before Limerick District Court on foot of a summons for allegedly assaulting another solicitor.

John Devane, of Blackwater, Ardnacrusha, Co Clare, is accused of assaulting a colleague at Limerick District Court on separate dates in May and June this year.
