The Fianna Fáil Leader Michéal Martin is echoing calls from the Transport Minister, Leo Varadkar, for the Dublin Airport Authority to stop a bonus payment to its Chief Executive, Declan Collier.

The authority's annual report shows Mr Collier was awarded performance-related bonuses of more than €106,000 last year.

That comes on top of his basic salary of more than €300,000.

Speaking in Co. Offaly this afternoon, Mr Martin said the Transport Minister cannot let this bonus payment go ahead.
