Cork students march against 'student service' charge

More than 1,500 students have braved sub-zero temperatures to march through Cork, calling on the Government not to increase third-level charges.

The four-year recovery plan includes a proposal for a €2,000 "student service" charge, along with a restructuring of the grant system.
