Harney confident Cowen will survive confidence vote

Minister for Health Mary Harney said today that she is certain the Taoiseach will have the full support of the Government when a motion of confidence in him is brought before the Dáil.

The Government tabled the motion of confidence in Brian Cowen following Opposition criticism regarding the reports into the banking crisis last week.
