The head of the Health Service Executive (HSE) has said people need to complain more if they feel they are not getting a proper service from 'frontline staff'.

Brendan Drumm has told the Sunday Business Post newspaper that seeing as taxpayers were contributing 40% of their taxes to pay for health services - they should feel able to complain more.
