Opposition accuse Govt of misleading taxpayer

Labour and Fine Gael have accused the government of misleading the taxpayer after it emerged that an expected dividend of €250m from Bank of Ireland will not go ahead.

Instead, the State is to take a 16% stake in Bank of Ireland next year.
