Gardaí consider investigating O'Dea matter

John Gormley has said it is up to the Gardaí to decide if the matter that led to the resignation of Willie O'Dea from Cabinet deserves further investigation.

The Green party leader has insisted that "politically the issue is now closed and it's time to move on".
