Man pleads guilty to attempted murder
A 24-year-old man has pleaded guilty at the Central Criminal Court to the attempted murder of a man in Dublin city last year.
Jason Fitzpatrick is accused of causing serious harm to Michael Treacy at an apartment in the Oakley Housing Trust building on St. James Street on August 12, 2008.
Mr Justice Paul Carney today remanded Fitzpatrick in custody and set November 25 next as the date for sentencing.
