Tánaiste defends 'golden handshake' for ex FÁS chief

Tánaiste Mary Coughlan today stood over a ’golden handshake’ deal for former FÁS chief Rody Molloy who resigned over the expenses scandal at the State training agency.

As further details emerged about the FÁS ex-director-general’s pension being boosted to hasten his departure, Ms Coughlan insisted it was appropriate.
