Gardaí investigate further arson attacks in Waterford
Gardaí are investigating further arson attacks in Waterford linked to a feud between rival Traveller families.
A vacant house in St Herblain Park was set alight yesterday evening, while a number of petrol bombs were thrown into a halting site in the city in the early hours of this morning.
Nobody was injured in either incident.
At least eight separate arson attacks in Waterford in the past two weeks have been linked to the ongoing feud.
Gardaí say they are stepping up their presence in the city in response to the violence.
