Irish broadband three times slower than rest of EU

Fine Gael says major problems with broadband services in Ireland are causing serious difficulties for businesses.

The party says broadband in Ireland is three times slower than the rest of the EU, yet it is also more expensive.

Spokesperson Deirdre Clune says the problem is particularly bad outside of Dublin and is a serious impediment to doing business in this country.
