Sargent wants stricter standards for farmers' markets

The new Junior Minister for Food has said he wants to see stricter standards imposed on farmers' markets around the country.

The popularity of such markets has grown in recent years, but Trevor Sargent says there are inconsistencies in the regulations that govern them.
