Dublin restaurant fined for not displaying price lists

A Dublin restaurant has been fined €12,000 for failing to display price lists.

A Dublin restaurant has been fined €12,000 for failing to display price lists.

The owners of La Boulangerie on Upper Camden Street have been charged with four separate counts of failing to display food prices during November 2005.

A spokesperson for the National Consumer Agency says the decision sends a strong signal to all businesses that they must respect their legal obligations to consumers.
