Campaigners opposed to a controversial incinerator on the south shore of Dublin bay today claimed the coalition Government was split on the issue.

John Gormley, Green Party chairman, claimed Fianna Fáil and the Progressive Democrats were at odds over whether to support the proposed Poolbeg plant.
