Raiders target Roscommon post office

There was a break-in at a post office in Co Roscommon this morning.

It happened during the early hours of this morning at Lacken post office, two miles from Strokestown.

It is believed the intruders gained entry through the back door.

A safe was taken in the break-in. However, it is not yet known how much money was contained in it.
