Garda probe as man left in critical condition

Gardaí in Clontarf in Dublin are investigating an incident in the early hours of this morning which has left a man in a critical condition in hospital.

Gardaí said the man, who is in his late 20s, was found with serious head injuries on Clontarf Road at 3am.
